Authority Express History Available

September 21, 2007: Libraries using Authority Express (AEX) can access a listing of their most recent jobs and statistics for the current year via the LTI website.

New report: Changes to Non-Filing Indicators

May 9, 2007: A new LTI report contains a list of title field non-filing indicators which were changed during processing. This report may be generated as part of any batch or continuing authority control job.

Enhanced authority control processing for libraries using 880 fields

March 22, 2007: New reports are available for LTI libraries that record "alternate graphic representation" data in 880 fields of bibliographic records.

LTI Recommendations Regarding LC's Series Decision

June 16, 2006: On June 1, 2006 the Library of Congress implemented its decision to discontinue providing controlled access to series in bibliographic records and to cease creation of new series authority records.
