Update Regarding LTI Distribution of LC genre/form Authority Records

UPDATE: Several libraries have inquired about receiving ".lcg" files with no records. Please note that the number of official authority records is small and limited to authority records applicable only to motion pictures, television programs and videos (see LC's announcement). Therefore, libraries profiled to authorize form/genre headings will often receive ".lcg" files with no records (0 bytes).
