Authority Express History Available

September, 2007

Libraries using Authority Express (AEX) now have access to a web page showing the most recent jobs and statistics for the current year, via the LTI website.

To view this enhanced information, log in to your account using the AEX customer log-in page. Click on the button labeled "History". The resulting page lists the library's most recent AEX jobs (up to ten), displaying the job name, the date and time processed and the number of bib records in the file. Below that data is an additional statistical count showing the number of jobs and records in the current month, the previous month and the current calendar year. In addition the number of jobs and records for the last calendar year is provided.
