Authority Control - Cost Estimate Worksheet

This worksheet is designed to help customers estimate costs of LTI authority control services. It is important to understand that this is only an estimate. Actual charges will depend on the number of records authorized and any options chosen. Upon request, a custom quote will be provided based on the library's specific requirements. Prior to completing this form, please read about LTI's Authority Control Services and complete the Work Specification Profile (WSP) . A sample quote is shown below. Please note that LTI has a minimum charge of $1,000 for any database preparation work, with the exception of Continuing Authority Control Services, which include Authority Express (AEX) and Authority Update Processing (AUP). No separate fees are charged for setup, profiling, records loaded, reports, or LC authority records made available for FTP pick-up.

CONTINUING AUTHORITY CONTROL SERVICES

2. Authority Update Processing (AUP)			         $ __________
(Pricing is per processing run. For example, if requesting AUP semi-annual

for $800 two times each year. A library may wish to wait one or more
quarters before initiating its first AUP run. There is an additional per
record fee if more than four quarters elapse between the date when the
